When they stopped selling them in local sports stores and only sold bulkier Shock Doctor mouthguards, I bought 5 of these on Amazon. Can't recommend this mouthguard strongly enough...

Answer:	I would say no, its rubbery, not hard.. My son wears it for lacrosse, but he wears a helmet too

Answer:	Once the water is boiled remove it from the heat and drop the mouthguard in for 15 seconds. Remove the mouthguard and form it around your teeth and gums. If needed the mouthguard can be remolded up to 10 times to get the perfect fit, as long as it is not over heated. If it is over heated it will shrink and deform.
Question:	Will this fit the small mouth of an adult? I can't wear adult sizes, too big. I tried 1 child's size and it wasn't long enough to cover the molars

Answer:	I was curious too after watching a show on counterfeit products. After I wore it for about ten minutes I started to think where is it made. I could not find any info on the box, the instructions, or on the internet . Even though it is boiled in hot water to mold which could kill the germs, it doesn’t necessarily stop the chemicals from seeping into your body. I’m taking it out and going to brush my teeth again and rethink a Night guard. I was just trying to save $400 at the dentist.

Answer:	Yes, you can get a very tight custom fit. Make sure to follow the fitting instructions closely and you will get a great fitting teeth mouth guard.

Answer:	you can but i wouldn't because when you get your braces tightened the mold won't fist to your teeth anymore

Question:	How long it gonna use
Answer:	I don't really understand your question. Are you asking "How long does the guard last?". If so, then it depends on the user. For me, my son has used it since February 1, 2016 and it is still usable. And I say that because he for some strange reason he chews it, but I am satisfied that that the guard is still capable of protecting his teeth for quite some time.

Answer:	Hi,Thanks for checking out an item we offer within our Amazon store. We have been selling these for about 15 years in our retail stores as well as online and the 10 and under guideline is a good guideline. It is just a guideline though. We have had 12 year olds who have a smaller head and mouth prefer the youth and 7/8 year old who have bigger than average heads/mouths that need the adult. After they are custom fit per the instructions you will also get a much better fit, and if you need to get an adult size you can trim that size down in the length too. There are mouth guards made to wear with braces that have a softer material near the teeth which is much better to use if you have braces. Answer:	When we craft guards for Muay Thai, boxing and MMA, we use more material to give added protection. We start off with 6-7mm of material, and for our other guards we start off with about 4mm of material. When taking hits to the face-athletes need the added protection.

Answer:	Hi Ian! International shipping to Taiwan is $38.50 for two shipments. We will ship the kit to you and we will ship the crafted guard. You would have to provide postage for the impression to be returned to us since USPS does not provide that service.

Answer:	That’s a great question! Our Fit Kit includes three different size trays so that everyone can find the right size for themselves. This is exactly why our custom guards make such a difference! We will craft one to fit your mouth exactly! We can make any style you like in your size.
