Answer:	Well I'm pretty sure 5'10" is kind of tall 😁 and this would still work well

Answer:	There is a small piece that wedges at the top of a door. When you close the door it stays put. The longer strap attaches to the loop at the top of the door. The longer strap has two loops to put your feet in. One a foot is in the loop, it's like a pulley where you use your arm to hoist the leg up as far as you can. Works great.
Question:	The pedestals on each side do not touch the ground. Am I putting it together wrong or is the product effect
Answer:	Hi Emilia, I think it will be fine. Girl in the photo is 5'7" and you can see she has extra strap length she can use. The limiting factor is not the necessary the length of the strap but the height of the D-Ring (top of the door) if you will be extending your leg completely vertical. From end to end the strap is 95". Thanks for your interest.

Answer:	I am a 56 year old girl. Have been stretching for over a year. The Stretch max upped my game extensively and I have not had any discomfort anywhere including my hips. Answer:	It states that it is. I don’t know why you would need to return it, we love it. It comes exactly as stated. You will need to buy a hand chalk ball though as well.

Answer:	My daughter is 5 foot and she uses it fine! It seems a little unstable - but it is NOT!! We have had this bar since Christmas and it's never turned over. We do have a mat under it to protect her (and our floors). She LOVES it - it was a great buy. My daughter is in competition gymnastics - and is very rough on this and it keeps up with her!

Answer:	I definitely would recommend not doing flyaways on this bar. It only raises to 5 ft and at that height is not super stable to do any sort of release move!

Answer:	Yes. Either remove the bar from the upright or you can unbolt the upright from the frame and only have one bar. Only concern would be the one cross support on the bottom frame to keep it from spreading apart.

Answer:	An amazing job! It also stretches the hamstrings, and feet. The spiked ball is great for feet. And it had a whole set of exercises in a booklet. Best money I’ve ever spent

Answer:	I have been using this for Plantar Fasciitis in the past. This little bauble relies on you using your foot and ankle in combination, which means with a fused ankle as mentioned already, it might not be a good fit for you in stretching your calf muscles. I think this might work better to help with your issue. OPTP Stretch-EZ - Foot and Leg Stretcher for Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Calf, Thigh and Hip (433). It is also on Amazon and might be worth looking into.

Answer:	Does not fold at all. Is quite large and must be disassembled to move to another room. Thought it would be sturdier than single bar for more advanced skills, but not really. Wish I had just purchased the single again. No real use for 2nd bar. (Bought during quarantine since gym was closed and I had sold her single bar a while ago).

Question:	Can this bar be left outside for long periods of time without being destroyed by weather
Answer:	Not really. I left it in the backyard for a summer and rust was starting to attack the metal at the bolt-holes. The wood wrap on the bar was also coming off. The bar seems like its covered in a wood veneer that cannot withstand moisture for long periods. Hope this helps.
