Answer:	My bar also did not ship in "normal Amazon" time frame. I waited about a week and contacted Amazon. I was told essential items had priority. After contacting them my bar shipped that day. We've been happy with the product.
Question:	Will pulling a knob release the bar right away
Answer:	You cannot pull the knob out until it has been turned to unthread the screw. The knob is on the tip of a large screw. You adjust the height align for the tip then turn and screw the tip in. Depending how tight you tighten the knob and how old the child is I think it would be very difficult to unscrew then to also pull out the knob.
Question:	Can this hold a 15 year old that’s 105 pounds and 5’2 tall and only in level 1 so not planning to do hard tricks on it

Answer:	I have been using this for Plantar Fasciitis in the past. This little bauble relies on you using your foot and ankle in combination, which means with a fused ankle as mentioned already, it might not be a good fit for you in stretching your calf muscles. I think this might work better to help with your issue. OPTP Stretch-EZ - Foot and Leg Stretcher for Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Calf, Thigh and Hip (433). It is also on Amazon and might be worth looking into.

Answer:	I ordered on 12/2 and it said guaranteed delivery by 12/18. It did not arive untill mid January. It was meant for a christmas present so I was pretty bummed out. You just shouldn't guarantee a delivery date if you can't make it. That said.....It's a great bar, very sturdy, and my 8 year old daughter absolutely loves it. But I will probably look for a different company when purchasing other gymnastics items.

Answer:	All you have to do is use included strap and use it slowly. I use mine on the open floor and I have tight hips but the machine is small enough for small people and adjusts even for my vvb legs and I'm 6ft 1in.

Answer:	Probably not safely, it has a squared hook for a door so when you close the door it holds it, anything else might let it slip off, youd have to nail it to a wall or something. Hope this helps !!
