Answer:	Yes, it is meant for outdoor use. You need to dig it into the ground and stabilize with concrete. I don’t think you can even set it up indoors.

Answer:	I just called z athletic today and they told me you need to make sure the foot-long metal bars that fit in the holes at the bottom of the poles are covered in cement, and bury it deep enough that the bar is the height you want. Standard gymnastics height for the low uneven bar is 5 ft 6 in. You might want to also think about where you're putting the bar and if anyone is going to run into it at night, in which case you may want it higher to avoid someone hurting themselves by running their head or neck into it.

Question:	Can this be placed on hardwood floors without moving
Answer:	We had customers place Joom Beem Kip Bar on a Hardwood floor in the past and it had very little movement as we have added more weight for more stability on the bottom braces of the Kip Bar. We would also advice customers, if placed on slippery surface to place non slip Rug or Carpet beneath the bar in order to create additional traction. Question:	I have 2 trees that are 25 feet apart. Is that too small of a space for this? This is the shortest one I can find
Answer:	I have mine set up on 2 trees that are only about 20-25 feet apart and I have all the obstacles on there. It should be fine. 36' is the Max. Id say under 20' might be a bit short.

Answer:	Buckles will stay in place while a line is under tension and in use. You have to loosen the line first if you want to reposition the buckles. Regards

Answer:	The total distance of our obstacle course is 50ft, the ratchet line is 8 ft, and the main line is 42 ft. So you have to measure the distance between the trees and the circumference of both trees. Answer:	My bar also did not ship in "normal Amazon" time frame. I waited about a week and contacted Amazon. I was told essential items had priority. After contacting them my bar shipped that day. We've been happy with the product.
Question:	Will pulling a knob release the bar right away
Answer:	You cannot pull the knob out until it has been turned to unthread the screw. The knob is on the tip of a large screw. You adjust the height align for the tip then turn and screw the tip in. Depending how tight you tighten the knob and how old the child is I think it would be very difficult to unscrew then to also pull out the knob.
Question:	Can this hold a 15 year old that’s 105 pounds and 5’2 tall and only in level 1 so not planning to do hard tricks on it

Question:	For cinder block walls, best to mount a thick board then attach to that
Answer:	Yes I mounted hardwood cross boards to studs in walls Then mounted stall wall bars .......same process would increase stability on cinder block.......
Question:	Screw into a stud or no? Instructions don’t specify and these screws are too long/thick for a stud I think
Answer:	I did but because the bar is wider I was only able to spit on one side. I used different screws for the studs. On the other side I also changed the screws holder and screws. Basically the ones that come with the stall wall bar are useless. Hope that helped.

Answer:	I wouldn’t, one of the screws broke while I was screwing it to the stud in a pre drill hole, it might be best if you buy screws for bricks at your local hardware store.

Question:	Can this bar be left outside for long periods of time without being destroyed by weather
Answer:	Not really. I left it in the backyard for a summer and rust was starting to attack the metal at the bolt-holes. The wood wrap on the bar was also coming off. The bar seems like its covered in a wood veneer that cannot withstand moisture for long periods. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The pull down weight of the bar is about 300 lbs. So a 150lb can hang from it or rock back and forth, but we don't recommend doing actual gymnastics moves like kips past 140lbs.

Answer:	It's more about the child's weight and gymnastics level, rather than age. It's recommended for up to 140lbs or gymnastics level 5.
Question:	What is the difference between the z athletic expandable kip bar and the elite kip bar
Answer:	The Elite bar is made to go to a higher level of gymnastics so it can usually last the child longer. It also has a real wood covering bar rail. Both bars will have a fiberglass core (this is extremely important and gives it the same bounce and feel as a bar in a gym) but the Elite has a real wood covering rather than synthetic.
