But I am 5'4" and I can lay down and still have a little room above my head and below my feet, so if you want to use it for yoga it would be perfect

Answer:	We have finished concrete floors and it's never slipped. It's a great mat!

Answer:	I'm not sure exactly, but possibly and very thick leather-like vinyl. I can tell you it has held up wonderfully to being dragged outside across the yard. It is used outside more than inside and there are no tears or rips.

Is this mat big enough for an 11 year old

Answer:

Used it first time this past weekend. Purchased primarily to tether to pontoon boat midlake as a swim platform for four yr old and two year old grandkids. At one point three adults and both children were on rubber dockie. I like it because it's the perfect size to put onboard the 18foot pontoon boat and stores easily in boathouse without taking up too much room.
