This little bauble relies on you using your foot and ankle in combination, which means with a fused ankle as mentioned already, it might not be a good fit for you in stretching your calf muscles. Answer:	It states that it is. I don’t know why you would need to return it, we love it. It comes exactly as stated. You will need to buy a hand chalk ball though as well.

Answer:	My daughter is 5 foot and she uses it fine! It seems a little unstable - but it is NOT!! We have had this bar since Christmas and it's never turned over. We do have a mat under it to protect her (and our floors). She LOVES it - it was a great buy. My daughter is in competition gymnastics - and is very rough on this and it keeps up with her!
