Answer:	I have this model. I bought it based on the 10-Star ratings I found when I did online research. So far I've never had a surge or spike that activated mine. You obviously bought one that did. If the User Manual that came with it didn't show how to reset, you might want to contact their Customer Service (1-877-800-4272) or Technical Support (1-800-555-2725). If these number's aren't current, then go to their website and click on Contact. This company has been around since 1981, and their longevity gives creedence to the quality of their products. Question:	Is this balance beam sturdy for doing cartwheels and back walkovers
Answer:	The dark gray scratches very easy. It was a carry on so I know it was not mishandled. My past suitcases never became scratched. This one scratches easily and they do not come off.
Question:	I bought this recently and one foot is missing . What should I do
Answer:	This bag has been sizer bin tested during development so we don't have any concerns about it not fitting. The overall dims including handles and wheels are 21.75" x 15.75" x 7.75". The width is a little bit over primarily due to the side carry handle but most sizer bins don't have a top and they have roughly and additional 1" play in the other directions.

Question:	Can this beam be used outside
Answer:	In floor mode, two non-slip brackets need to be installed so that they can secure the beam
Question:	Is the beam foam or wood
Answer:	Neither did I - it's pretty straight-forward though. The pictures on Amazon show how to orient the tall/vertical posts so the holes for the pins are facing out (towards each end of the beam). The bolts are all the same to secure the smaller posts (that go inside the larger posts) to the beam and the larger vertical posts to the horizontal bars - use a socket wrench (or an open ended wrench) to secure them tightly. Then screw a pin assembly into the hole on each larger vertical post (you should be able to pull the pin out and have it "snap" back in). Finally, with the beam upside down, slide each larger vertical post over the smaller one and pull the pin out to allow it to slide to the lowest/shortest setting. Do the same on the other side and then flip it over to test it out!
