Answer:	I have this model. I bought it based on the 10-Star ratings I found when I did online research. So far I've never had a surge or spike that activated mine. You obviously bought one that did. If the User Manual that came with it didn't show how to reset, you might want to contact their Customer Service (1-877-800-4272) or Technical Support (1-800-555-2725). If these number's aren't current, then go to their website and click on Contact. This company has been around since 1981, and their longevity gives creedence to the quality of their products. Answer:	The dark gray scratches very easy. It was a carry on so I know it was not mishandled. My past suitcases never became scratched. This one scratches easily and they do not come off.

Answer:	I use it for TRX. Just make sure it is anchored into a beam that is the most important thing you have to do. I am over 250 lbs and it holds me.

Answer:	If you are worried about your ability to safely install it, I would highly recommend you hire a professional to install it. That being said, mine is mounted in a slanted ceiling and I use mine for an acrobatic apparatus.

Answer:	It will be perfect for hammock as well. Just make sure it is installed correctly
