He used to get very prancy and nervous especially sitting close to the alleyway. I've noticed in the past week when I took him, he was way different. He wasn't as nervous and not nearly as prancy. And he will sit directly behind the alleyway now calm as can be. I think he was getting nervous and causing issues with his gut. I'm using it for him and also for a colt to prevent ulcers. I used the powder at first and my young one seems to not care, but my barrel horse won't eat the grain with the powder, I've seen such a difference in him in just a couple of weeks that I'm going to continue to use it, just switch to the pellets. |

| Answer: | I bought these leathers for my Bates AP saddle, 17.5" seat. I am 5'2", although my legs are a little long in proportion to my body. I'm pretty sure I ordered the 54" length, although I can't remember for sure and Amazon's record of my order does not specify the length I ordered. Mine are fine for me and I can also let down the stirrups for my instructor, who is very tall, when she rides my horse. As far as the choices for Dressage Black and Jump Brown, I believe those are just the names of the colors. You just need to buy the color and length you think you need and I believe 54" would probably work for you. |
