Answer:	I don’t have time to measure but I can tell you that the breastcollar fits a “normal” size horse. My mom and my horse are 15 hands, quarter horse. The product is super cute!

Answer:	This is chlorine dioxide which you mix with vinegar. Chlorine dioxide is used for treatment of drinking water. The chlorine dioxide:vinegar mix is very effective for horses hooves. I even soaked an infected nail bed on my poodle that 45 days of oral antibiotics could not clear up. After one soaking for 20 minutes, the infection of my dog's nail bed was completely eradicated. Typically after soaking my horse's hooves I would dump the chlorine dioxide:vinegar mix on some weeds growing on my crushed rock driveway.

Answer:	I soaked her front hooves @3 times/week for @ a month or two..mixed a portion of the concoction according to directions and stored in a clean, empty Cheer or Tide jug, then poured a dose into a heavy duty ziplock bag just enough to cover up over bottom of hoof ..sealed closed with tape..soak about 40 minutes..the white "smoke" in the bag means it is working. Great stuff
