Answer:	I am 5'3 and 145, and I wear a medium. The length and fit are good, actually still have a little extra room on the waist and thigh. A medium would probably fit, but to be most comfortable riding (with room for long underwear this winter!) I think I would get a large.

Question:	Are these high waist?......kinda hard to tell from the pics
Answer:	I wouldn’t say extremely high waist but they don’t crawl down at the waist either. I like them, the only down I have is, they are a tad short (I’m 5’5”). Since I wear tall boots, it’s not a big deal. They are good everyday riding pants. They are not heavy weight so I don’t wear them to shows.
Question:	The size chart has waisre in the teens. Is this for kids? What size ia correct for waist 28 inches
Answer:	they make both a kids and adult version so first make sure you are looking at the adult one.....that said for the adult I’d say either a small or medium could work (just depends on how snug of a fit you like) I’m a 28” (but sometimes 30” if I’ve been indulging or if it’s that good old time of the month) waist 35” hips. Ordered a small and medium and they both fit but I mostly wear the small because I prefer a pretty snug fit which it is but still quite comfortable

Answer:	That doesn't sound chubby to me :) I think you'd fit in a Small. I'm 5'4" 120lbs and fit in the Small with a little bit of extra room. They run slightly big. I would be worried that the Medium would be too long for you.

Answer:	I'm 5"8 and around 135-140lbs. The medium was a bit too large for me (mostly too big in the waist) so I would definitely recommend a small!

Answer:	The patch is suede and seems to be sewn on well.

Answer:	I ordered a large (30 inch waist) and I wish I hadn't. Because of your height, I think you should stick with a medium, although you would probably fit a small as well.

Answer:	Hi there This particular style of breech does not have “stirrups”. Elastic straps that go under the rider’s foot and keep the pant legs down are typically found on a style of breech called jodhpurs and they are worn with short paddock boots ad opposed to tall boots (which would often be worn with these breeches). Elation has an excellent child’s Jodhpur also for sale on Amazon if you are interested. I hope this answer helps!

Question:	For those who ride in direct sun and high heat: do the charcoal and dark charcoal colors hide (or show) sweat? Or should I opt for navy to hide sweat
Answer:	It has a size chart. Measure your hips and waist. I ordered them for the daughter and she really likes how the fit. I only wish they had more colors to choose from
Question:	Are the white breeches the same make or thinner than the other colors? Can you see through them
Answer:	I throw my ribbed Tuffriders in the washer and dryer and can't wear them out. 200 washings later, they still look exactly the same. I've been wearing Tuffriders for 20 years for this reason. Just make sure you close up the velcro on the legs so it doesn't attach to other clothing. Life is so much better when you can throw on a clean pair of breeches every time you ride!

Answer:	These are adult pants. I’m not sure how the 26” is measured. I’m 5’3” and they are ankle length on me.

Answer:	Depends on how cold it is. I ride in them when it’s in the high 30s to 40s and I’m ok.

Answer:	I would say that a 28 would be considered a medium, but almost on the larger side of the medium size range. Probably equivalent to a 8 or a smaller size 10. These run pretty true to size, and do offer some stretch.
