Question:	Base plate looks wide. Do you sometimes step on it by accident when walking around the pole
Answer:	It extends about 3.5" from the pole itself (yes I did measure it). It isnt hard to avoid at all and feels natural to step far from it. That being said, if you do hit it either with bare feet or knees it will smite you. In short: I don't have this problem, but some people may need to adjust their stride.

Q: How to adjust the height of steel pipe?

A: You can adjust the height through the threaded adjustment rod at the top.

(Please note: the extension distance of the adjusting rod should not exceed 125 mm.)

Q: How to convert the static and rotation mode?

A: There are two screws at the bottom of the pipe, and you can adjust it by tightening (for static mode) or loosening (for rotation mode).

Q:Mine doesn't spin at all?

A:Did you remove the 2 little screws on the bottom for it to spin? The pole is stuck if it is not line up correctly and install on the ceiling beam. Did you loosen the flange nut on the black height adjuster?

Q:Everywhere in my bed room it isn't straight all the way what to do?

A:You could cut a piece of wood the size of the dome or round part that goes against the ceiling screwed the wood into the beam then put my pole on that it works.

Q:My pole makes a clicking noise when it turns. How can I fix this?

A:Just needed to tighten it more. Or you can take it down and reinstall it. Make sure it's on a beam so when it's tight enough it doesn't damage your ceiling.

Answer:	I have popcorn ceilings and since the contact is not smooth, I use a piece of 1/2-3/4 inch plywood, against the direction of the joists, between the pole and ceiling. And since I have plush carpeting, I also use plywood at the base of the pole and once it's tightened, it doesn't move! The wood pieces need to be large enough to make contact with the ENTIRE pole surface.

Answer:	Remove the screws holding the top collar piece. Then twist the black piece counter clockwise to lower the pole height. Then remove the top disc that goes on ceiling. Then disassemble the remainder of the pole. Hope this helps.

Answer:	This pole dance does not need to fix the chassis to the floor with screws, nor fix the top chassis to the ceiling with screws. The reason is that the tension of the adjusting nut in the pole dance uses the pole dance to stand between the ceiling and the floor.

How to choose the dance pole according to your ceiling height?

Our dance pole can meet 4 different ceiling heights from 2235-2745mm, as picture shown in ,,,.

If your ceiling height is over than 108 inches(2745mm), please according to the above pole height to purchase an extra extension pole. We have 125mm,250mm,500mm,1000mm, thress sizes available for sale in our store.

Please noted:

Q: How to adjust the height of the dancing pole?

A: The height can be adjusted with the screws height adjuster on the top.

(Noted: The extension distance of the height adjuster should not over 125 mm.)

Q: How to change the static mode and spinning mode?

A: There are two screws(knuckle) of bottom base that can be adjusted by fixing (static mode) or taking out ( spinning mode).

Q: Pole Dance doesn't spinning ?

A: 1.Have you remove the two screws(knuckle) of bottom base for it to spin?

2. The pole will be stick if it is not line up and install on the ceiling beam correctly.

3. Have you loosen the flange nut on the black height adjuster?

Q: Everywhere in my bed room it isn't straight all the way what to do?

A: You could cut a piece of wood the size of the dome or round part that goes against the ceiling screwed the wood into the beam then put my pole on that it works.

Q: My pole makes a clicking noise when it turns. How can I fix this?

A: Just needed to tighten it more. Or you can take it down and re-install it. Make sure it's on a beam so when it's tight enough it doesn't damage your ceiling.
