In fact, if you like to make it pretty tight, having a knee that is 18"-19" is probably optimal. I can cinch mine down as far as it will go and it almost doesn't have enough tension. Great product.

Question:	I get that you don’t slip on the mat but does the mat stay in place on the floor itself
Answer:	make sure that the needle is all the way into the valve so the eye of the needle clears the valve so air can flow freely into the disc. Just be careful inserting that you don’t puncture the other side by jamming the needle in. It should be easy to inflate with just a couple of pumps. Most people overinflate and then you have to take air out. If you need to take air out just insert the needle into valve and you will hear the air escaping.
