I got excited when I received a UPS tracking confirmation to arrive on 5/13. But every time I checked tracking it basically said that the label was created and that UPS is basically waiting for the product so they can ship it. The update I got was that it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm today, 5/14. Nothing arrived, UPS still says its waiting for the item. Now it says it should arrive by this wknd. But I have a feeling it won't. Have no idea what's going on here. Smh
