Answer:	The quality of this punching bag is very good, but if it really leaks, you can cover it with the sticker in the package

Answer:	The very bottom part holds sand or water and you just use a funnel to fill. The upper part fills with air. We just used a regular little electric air pump

Question:	Is the bag real leather or is it synthetic
Answer:	Synthetic.
Question:	Does this bag have an even feeling or does it develop hard spots at the bottom or soft spots where abuse is frequent
Answer:	I haven't had mine for that long but there is no settling of the material or hard spots. The material is evenly distributed and is the same feel no matter where you hit the bag.
Question:	how is this bag hung from the ceiling
Answer:	It depends on your ceiling. I have mine in the basement which does not have a finished ceiling. I purchased a steel bracket that goes between the joists. This give me alittle more height as my basement ceiling is a bit low. Works great. There are also brackets that can be screwed into one ceiling joist. You have to determine your situation. Just make sure that you are attaching it to a joist as this is heavy!
Question:	How much of a beating can this bag take? Anyone had it for a long time? 115lb female

Answer:	I think the best option is always to hang it from the ceiling, if you can. It is the cheapest option and most effective. There are a couple of problems I have experienced with stands. One is that they don't offer a wide range of motion. As you punch or kick, you will not want to stand in the same place. Most trainers will tell you to move around as you throw your strikes. A stand will limit your ability to do that because the legs get in the way. The other problem is that stand tend to move all over the place as you punch them. A lot of people will weight them down with something, but I have found that it takes a lot to get them to stay put.Unfortunately, the ceiling wasn't an option for me, so I bought a wall mount system. I'm pretty happy about it. It still limits my range to 180 degrees, but it's a lot better than the 45 - 80 degrees that I would get with a stand.

Question:	Hello. Is the dimension 6ft from "top of the bag to bottom" or "attach point to bottom of the bag
Answer:	this bag is 6 feet tall from the top of the bag to the bottom of the bag I have it attached to a nine foot ceiling and I have less than 1 foot of clearance under the bag

Answer:	Our Muay Thai bags measure 14" in diameter and 6 ft in height. Although you can use any filling you prefer, we recommend using only fabric, ie: bedsheets and towels. Using sand or soil for a heavy bag will eventually cause the contents to settle and solidify at the bottom of the bag, making it impossible to use. Saw dust is a good alternative to soil, but we have found that fabric is the best stuffing in our experience.

Answer:	This is my second time filling a Outslayer heavy bag. For the first one I used shredded cloth. I packed about 6 inches at the bottom and then placed a poster tube filled with sand in the middle. I then pressed the fabrics around the tube. Very good bag. The second one is a 6' muay thai bag. I compressed clothes with 2 sand bags at the bottom and then filled the rest of the bag with a mix of clothes and cellulose insulation (9$ for 25 lb at Home depot). Took me just oven an hour. Its a bit messy but the feel is awesome. I find it to be better then just compressed shredes clothes.
