Answer:	I’m not sure, but I’ve purchased a small for my 8 year old daughter and it works beautifully.

Answer:	Although this was a gift for one of my students, he said the size was spot on. However it did tend to slide up on him during sparring? My student is a pressure fighter and his defense would break down on the inside from time to time. Let’s say he ate his share of uppercuts. And I’ve seen he go through this with other headgear as well. He said it was a secure and snug fit, but once it got sweaty it become a problem for the vision.

Answer:	Not Sure to be honest. It was for my student. We got a large and it was a snug secure fit. He’s 5’6” 155- walk around 165-70.

Answer:	I did see the assembly was a bit loose at start. I was thinking to get a few washers from the hardware store to place under the base. This should shift the post down tightening the assembly. Or write the company for parts.

Answer:	It depends on what you are using the bag for, I used it for pretty extreme cardio boxing and it held up decently. One issue is to keep it from the sun as I left it out one night and it seemed deflated and deformed the next day.
