Answer:	The Milano poker chips are 10gms each. The Brybelly poker chips that I use in the Brybelly poker chip racks are 11.5gms each. The Brybelly chips fit well with 20 per slot / 100 per rack. Based on the weight differential, I would assume that the Milano poker chips are thinner which would account for the looseness and therefore the ability to place 21 per slot /105 per rack.

The chips don't sit flush with the bottom of the tray. They're suspended above it, held at two point at the side of each chip. I believe my chips are 40 mm chips. Some 39 mm chips I bought, a sample set of ceramic "Lucky Dragons", fit perfectly.
