In most ordinary and common flight and shaft systems installation requires sliding fins into 4 narrow slots, and this old style method requires the use of many small parts for locked type flights and or unwanted holes in the flight itself making the flight more susceptible to falling off the shaft. Answer:	It could be attached as the backing is partial board. So you could use some screws to attach what you have.

If replacing lost screws, wood screws also work and two conical plastic anchors. The plastic anchors work with drywall, plaster, concrete and masonry (including brick.) The plastic anchors will not be needed for mounting the backboard onto most wood substrates. Examples of suitable wood mounting conditions include: wood studs behind drywall (or other wall finishes) and wood wall finish materials with a minimum thickness of 5/8 inch.

Answer:	Hello. I'm not aware of a method to permanently attach a dartboard to the backboard. This would also be problematic because the backboard wall mounting points are located behind the dartboard once its hung. It's very simple to attach and remove the dartboard from the backboard because of the pre-installed recessed dartboard bracket. My suggestion for a solution to your situation would be to install threaded inserts into the wall (must go into wood) where you plan to mount the backboard. This would allow the backboard to be repeatedly installed and removed from the same location without stripping out/ loosening the screw mounting holes. Once these threaded inserts are installed the attachment (and removal) of the backboard to the wall would be quick and simple. To maximize strength, use the largest size threaded insert possible. The limiting factor is the inside diameter (about 3/16") of the steel wall mounting points in the backboard. Answer:	Sorry but I cannot answer question for knife throwing. I can say the Dart back stop is high quality and a very good thickness. I'm not familiar with knives but for using darts I'm very satisfied. Hope this is somewhat helpful.

Answer:	Yes, the Winmau Blade 5 bristle dartboard (and most other brands) can be mounted on a Dart-Stop backboard. This professional-grade dartboard backboard includes a slotted metal dartboard bracket pre-installed in a recessed area at the center of the backboard. This unique recess allows the dartboard to be mounted "wobble-free" without the need for any leveling feet, shims or spacers. Easily and securely hang the bristle dartboard onto this bracket using a dartboard mounting screw (typically included with each bristle dartboard; install screw at the middle back of the dartboard.) You will not need the "Rota-Lock" TM hardware that is included with Blade 5 dartboards. The recessed bracket of the Dart-Stop backboard also enables easy rotation for even dartboard wear.
