Answer:	Well I had to send back two of them In a row on the same order (they didn’t work out of the box) And didn’t have any issues with getting new ones. One I’ve had now for almost a year no problems. My brother in laws is over 10 years old (similar model) so I think you’ll be ok.

Answer:	The easiest way is to not use crappy tips lol. I use long tufflex tips. You can get 1000 of them for like 15 dollars. You’ll have to change them way before they ever break. Hope this helps

Question:	For the outlet - is there a hollow space behind the unit for plug in so that the board sits flush? Or do you put the outlet to the side and up high

Answer:	This game is designed for use with 3/4" maximum length soft-tip darts only! Never use metal tipped darts or longer soft-tip darts on this dartboard! Metal tipped darts will seriously damage the circuitry, the computer, and electronic operation of the dartboard.

Question:	Is the diameter of the board regulation size
Answer:	If mounting the dartboard directly onto drywall, a hard toss with a soft tip dart could leave some dings of the dart hit the wall directly.I have mine dartboard mounted in a cabinet, so when the doors are open, they provide some protection to the walls on the sides. Plus the cabinet, I'm guessing, is about 10" taller then the dartboard, which provides some additional protection too.
Question:	May I receive a manual for this dart board
Answer:	It would not be recommended to put an outlet behind the board, as you would have to mount the board several inches out from the wall to allow room for the transformer. The entire board is only about 2" thick at most. The power cable plugs into the bottom of the board, and most users will run the wire straight down and plug it in to a normal-height wall outlet (one at about 18"-24" from the floor). I can't figure out what the symbols mean at the top when scoring, so I went to the WinMaxSports web-site and sent an e-mail, which was never answered. I went back to the web-site after receiving your question today. It's messed up, so I think you're out of luck with that company.

Answer:	Score keeper is located on top . After many many games not once has anyone HIT the score box . Even so I hope it’s durable enough that it can take a lick and keep on ticking
