Answer:	Dear customer Thank you for your question^_^ There are two modes, UV mode and Ozone mode. The first one is five minutes and the second one is 35 minutes. If you are interested in the product and have question, please feel free to tell me, thanks.

Answer:	Yes, the product is equipped with conversion heads, all 22mm and 15mm hose can be sterilized, it is to say that almost all machines and tubes on the market can be used with this cleaner.

Answer:	I don't know. The specs say uv wavelength is 253.7nm. I only use the ozone mode.
Question:	What is the difference in the different 6- card shuffler, since prices vary
Answer:	It appears to me that whatever fits in the box, you can sanitize. (4 1/4' x 9 1/2" x 2 3/4") I will note that when I received the box, it mentions nothing about sterilizing the items that are in the description. It ONLY speaks of sanitizing CPAP equipment! There is no logo identifying as Ovovo, but it appears to be the picture. I have put in masks, remotes, cash, iPhones, etc. There is no way to know, from what I see, if it works. I am just going on faith that this works. It does show a FDA logo on the box and I hope it is FDA approved.

Question:	Will this work with uno cards
Answer:	I don’t think this machine will work with mall size cards. It is not adjustable. It is also not a very reliable machine. I had to turn it upside down and shake it to make it work almost every time. It went through batteries very fast. And in less than a year it completely died. No new batteries would revive it.
Question:	Can it shuffle 4 decks
Answer:	It says on the box “made in China.” It is flimsy and cheap, has already become unusable after a few months. One side doesn’t feed properly so the cads really aren’t shuffled.
Question:	Will this work for sleeved magic the gathering cards? In other words is there extra space in the card drop if the card is a little larger
Answer:	It requires batteries. And one of our battery connections was loose so even with brand new batteries it didn’t work without some jiggling on the connectors.
Question:	this looks just like the "trademark global shuffler selling for 17.95 what is the difference
Answer:	The machine is battery operated. Once you install the batteries, insert the cards on each side. Then push down the bar on the front (bottom). Cards automatically shuffled together, fairly equally from each side.
