We have found through our experiences and talking with others that if you turn the cards FACE UP and shuffle them, then it works better. Probably because of the natural curve that gets more and more distorted as you play and as people hand shuffle, that causes the cards to not shuffle so well in the shuffler. So try it and the product will continue to work like a gem! |

The noise is loud enough that people having a conversation will stop talking and wait for the shuffler to stop before continuing the conversation. Lets say about half as loud as a blender. You can talk over it if you raise your voice. |

| Answer: | My battery terminals were similar. Install the batteries and use a small tool to move the springs up to the center of the battery. They will remain centered and the shuffler should work fine. |
