They are my guest cues, so I personally haven’t used them, but haven’t heard any complaints. I’d contact seller, if it said leather wraps in description, but mine did not.

One had read an article about the growing popularity of darts and they decided to outfit their tavern for dart throwing. Answer:	There are small oval stickers on the bottom of the sticks, 18-21 oz. And made in China stickers under them. I took them off. You'll need a tip shaper tool for the cue tips. For that I would go to OzoneBilliards. Nice sticks. Very satisfied. I would recommend them.
