Answer:	There is a sleeve inside, so it will only hold 1 shaft. The outside pocket is made to be move, but not removable. The carrying strap is sewed on the bottom, so you wouldn't be able to take the pocket off without cutting the strap off.

There is no other space available for the second pool stick to fit in.
