Answer:	I do not know if it is more than twice the size when filled but the hose does expand and become longer once the water goes through. It also retracts when you turn the water off but you may still have to squeeze out the water that remains with the sprayer.

Answer:	Actually, you are correct. You'll want to make small changes with a mallet (use wood, brass or plastic to prevent damage to the metal blade and body). You can adjust lateral by tapping the side of the blade. You may be able to decrease or increase the cut by tapping the body. I don't have one in front of me to verify that. I did use one of these a couple of weeks ago and was completely surprised on how well it would perform. I probably have over 100 planes and would have said this one was junk but I ended up tuning it up for a friend and found out this is really a little jewel of a plane for almost nothing. Learn how to adjust with tapping and it will not let you down.BTW...the wheel is only for locking the blade in place while using the plane. You could loosen it slightly to move the blade. It's something you'll get a feel for over time.

Answer:	If you are not doing a precise job, the new blade has already been good enough. For the beginner of using Japanese's plane, the most challenging task would be taking the blade out. The instruction on the product is correct but you must experience this task by yourself. If you want to sharpen the blade by yourself, you can google "how to sharpen a Japanese planer". There are many examples online.

Answer:	Measuring mine: The Blade is 42.5mm at the top (the thick part), 40mm where the chamfer begins, and 33mm at the edge. The plane body is 52mm x 17mm x 150mm.

Answer:	All of the adjustments are made by loosening the wood wedge, make the blade movement and using a small mallet to tap the wee tight

Answer:	Probably. But be advised that you will need to spend some time "conditioning" the plane before it is usable. This is typical for Japanese wood body planes. If you try to tap the plane iron (blade) in sufficiently to allow cutting, you risk splitting the block. Check: https://www.japanwoodworker.com/blog_entries/how-to-condition-japanese-planes. You will probably NOT need to spend any time sharpening the iron. I have purchased two of these so far, and both have arrived razor sharp.
