Answer:	Thank you for reaching out. We do not have "set-up" delivery at this time. However this game is Packaged in 2 boxes. One is the ramp and the other is the head. Pretty simple to put together as there are only 2 parts. There is also instructions in the game when delivered. Thank you!

Answer:	We have the same problem and haven't found a fix.., yet. I'll repost, if I come across a solution.

Answer:	One of two possibilities. 1). Pitch/angle is off. Have the tables legs changed or been modified..? Is the floor where it located, level..? But the most likely reason would be #2. 2). Return pathway is warped/obstructed. The table is constructed out of MDF, which is also called 'Pressboard'. Wood fibers (sawdust) & glue squeezed together to form boards, then laminated to make them stiff. MDF if fine so long as there is NO humidity. If it is placed in a damp environment, like a basement, MDF will absorb the moisture, warp and eventually break down completely.
Question:	Why are people needing replacement balls
Answer:	We have had ours for 5 years and haven’t needed to replace a single ball. It’s played every week. Perhaps those who need them keep losing them which wouldn’t be the normal persons issue.

Answer:	The score board is not slanted. The area where the rings for the balls to score are slanted. It does seem to be adjustable..... not sure it would need to be. The board/the area where the balls roll has a slight incline.

Answer:	They are not wood balls, they are just slightly smaller.... they are a hardy rubber just enough to play and not hard to hurt someone or break a window. We love it!

Question:	Do you have finished wooden balls
Answer:	If you are asking me if I have purchased these before, YES! , but the weather was so cold then. I used them making street lamps to go with my BYERS CAROLERS COLLECTION. They were so smooth when they arrived, that I didn't even have to sand them before painting. Even though I got an order where they split, I won't hesitate from buying from the company again.

Answer:	After contacting the company I wasn't told that I had to send the split wooden balls back, that they are just going to replace them. I also told them I wasn't upset, who could have guessed this winter would be so cold.

Answer:	hi! I bought them last year- and I painted them- so I can't actually look at them to tell(because they are covered in paint now), but from what I remember, they are one single piece of wood. They didn't appear to be a bunch of pieces glued together... Sorry not as informative as I should be. :)

Answer:	They work on anything flat basically, the balls themselves aren't really perfectly round like other brands I've purchased from, but it works nice for short hair carpet and surfaces alike. I would think with asphault you would ruin your stick blade!

Spikeball has swinging legs so it can be made level on ANY surface, which is important while playing. The balls that come with Spikeball are much thicker and have larger ridges which prove to be much more durable. Answer:	There have been three distinct versions of the Spikeball set. Version one is no longer in production, and features sliding clips on the rim, and a smaller net that attaches to the hooks on the inner edge of the rim. Versions two and three are very similar, the primary difference being the leg structure. In version three, some improvements were made to allow the legs to bend and fold with greater ease and less likelihood of breaking. The vast majority of current purchases are being fulfilled with version three sets, as inventory of version two sets is nearly and will soon be exhausted.

Answer:	No real baseballs, just plastic ones.

Answer:	About 30 to 40 mph from a distance of 25 to 30 feet. The balls that come with it, or are recommended for it, are junk, however it works great if you buy JUGGS plastic balls. I've had one in my basement for several years hitting JUGGS balls with wood bats and love it. The balls break occasionally after a long period of time but can really take a beating. I set-up the machine on stacked crates so that the machine is at shoulder height thus replicating a very inexpensive indoor pitching machine. If you buy good balls they will be delivered consistently in the strike zone. The best money I've spent for practicing baseball in the winter.
Question:	I need something like this for my dog, I say need because my shoulder/arm can't take much more. Will this work or any other suggestions
