Answer:	Yes it sure is! Tons of room...my one complaint is that it isn't balanced. All the pockets are on one side so it doesn't rest on your shoulder comfortable when walking with it.

Question:	Can it fit a 13in mac book
Answer:	Firstly, I’m sorry that your bag ripped. Unfortunately, this company’s customer service is horrendous and most likely will not contact you back for a return or a replacement. My bag experience the same issue and when I emailed them, I received no response. I recommend trying to emailing them anyway, they may respond back to you. I hope this helps!
Question:	Width and depth of main compartment
Answer:	I bought the bag to move my uniform and other stuff to shipout to other stations. I don't use it for bunkers though. My size 10 Hiax duty boots fit in the side pocket just to give you an idea. I like it. Good luck
