Answer:	I received BTR1. The description reads BTR-2 which is part of why I ordered. I couldn’t find this scope with BTR2 on Bushnells site. I figured it was brand new with the BTR2 reticle. I’m going to inquire.

Question:	How does the strap connect to the binocular? Could we be missing attachment hooks
Answer:	The center column is not meant to be used at an angle on this model. The only reason it pivots is to allow the center column to reverse and save some space with the head in between the legs when everything is folded down. If you want a tripod with a center column that you can use at an angle, try one of the Vanguard Alta Pro models which has this feature. I also use a Manfrotto 055 model which has a center column which works at an angle.

Question:	What did the price go up by $30 in a day
Answer:	Keep an eye on ebay and amazon because this spotting scope has had a tendency to go up $20 or $30 and in the same day go back down to around $450.00. The manufacturer and site sellers don't give a reason other than maybe they can get it?
Question:	Does this scope come with scope carry bag that is included if purchased from the Bushnell website? Part number is the same
Answer:	My scope did not come with a case. However I got my scope at least 3 years ago Things may have changed since then. Best advice, contact seller. Whether it comes with a case or not you will like the scope. Excellent product
Question:	Does this spotting scope have to be set at a certain power to use use the mildots accurately
Answer:	No. The reticule for this scope is on the 1st focal plane. When using a scope with the 2nd focal plane you will need to use a specified power setting to get accurate readings with the Mil reticule . (usually 10X) Placing the reticule on the1st focal plane however eliminates this problem. And since this scope uses a 1st focal plane reticule , "ANY" power setting will give you an accurate reading.
Question:	how is this for seeing bullet trace? sometimes the impact zone just doesn't give any feedback and trace is the only clue
Answer:	Seeing "trace" is more a weather factor than scope IMHO. Larger objective lenses definitely help. We've recorded beautiful trace with a $130 scope @ 600 to 1400yds and a different time of day couldn't see it with a $6-700 spotting scope. Sometimes you do have to back off parallax (slightly out of focus), or back off power to see with any scope.
