If the rail on your gun is significantly higher than this, you may need something like a 20MOA picatinny riser to bring the impact point down. 

Some Modern Sporting Rifles may have higher than normal center-line dimensions of bore to rifle scope. Weaver rails are common on tradition-style rifles (e.g. bolt-action or lever-action), don’t have a higher than normal condition, and should not require an adaptor.

Answer:	The package included three batteries, but no charger
Question:	Will this work on my Ruger Sr
Answer:	It is not the type of rifle; it is about the physical structure and size of the scope mounted on it. This unit has a tube with set screws around it to fit and adjust the view of the camera. I had to modify that by replacing that metal tube with a plastic tube and hose clamps to mount it on the scope more securely and without damaging the finish (of the scope) Those set screws in this unit leave irreversible damage, and furthermore, the image is not stable because the space between that tube and the scope; the camera moves sideways, up and down, etc... My plastic tube's inside diameter is the same as the outside diameter of the scope; so, the only adjustment done is to focus and tighten the hose clamp. I made cuts across the plastic tube, so the clamp will do its job. The question might be about what size or what kind of scopes this device fits. The answer may be, it fits almost any normal scope. I have three scopes that have some other devices attached to it from the factory, and there is no way to fit this camera and creen over it. This camera-screen kit only works on regular scopes. Just make sure that there is enough surface to secure that tube on tu the barrel of your scope.... 1½" to 2"

Answer:	This was the only thing I’ve ever returned from amazon. I wouldn’t waste the money again if it was me. It wasn’t the worst think in the world but the screen is so bright if you can even get it to turn on. The camera is not very reliable either and it took the entire roll of tape for it to be able to attach to my scope but then it was loose because it had no solid foundation and so would shift after every shot. These gimmicks are cool but for real hunting I would save for and invest in the cheapest ATN

Answer:	15" cabinet speaker for single and dual 15" enclosures. Works well as a replacement speaker for JBL JRX cabinets. I believe they only got 15" cut hole mounts.

Question:	Device supposedly emmits a visible infared light in IR mode. Is there a way of turning that off? And if so, what's the image quality in non-IR mode in near pitch black
Answer:	The unit has one infrared LED that is switched separately from the scope itself. That is the thing on top of the scope in the picture. It adds a bit of illumination when there is insufficient ambient light for the scope to work properly. It is only marginally effective, but it does help some out to about 60 to 70 feet.
Question:	If you want to see and animal at lets say 100 to 150yds will the IR reach i never had one of these
Answer:	It doesn't say any where on the box or in the manual if it is water/weather proof, but I hunt coyotes with mine in central NY. It's typically snowing or raining and the last time we went out it was about 5 degrees out. I've never had any trouble with it, but I do take the battery out of it and let it come up to room temperature and "dry" before turning it back on. Same as any other electrical device. Hopefully this helps, sorry I don't know a definitive answer and can only go based on my experience.

Answer:	You have to turn the ring at the back as well as the ring in the middle. The ring closest to the eyepiece handles the coarse adjustment if I remember correctly. You cannot just adjust one ring to bring the focus in.
Question:	A couple reviews mention a narrow field of vision but no one actually defined what the field of vision is. How wide is the field of vision
Answer:	The Night Owl NOXM50 uses a single 3 volt 123-type lithium battery. You can find them on the battery rack of grocery and hardware stores. It looks like a stubby AA and will have "123" prominently on the package. I was only able to find it in a 2-pack for around $9.88

Answer:	It is a little big for a head mount. If you do you may need to find or make a housing for it. It is bigger than my palm.

Answer:	I don't wear glasses so I don't have a definitive answer. I would contend though that it would only cause an issue with the fact that the eye opening and field of view is pretty small unless you hold your eye right up to the eyepiece. It's very much like a pair of smaller binoculars. I will say for a lower priced unit, it is doing the job well. It's deffinitley not as high performing as some of the generation 3 models, but for my law enforcement work in the woods at night, it has done the trick. Good luck!

Answer:	the Answer is yes and no. The variables in the ballistic calculator can be entered either through the scope itself or through the app on your device. Wind and humidity can be entered both ways. Distance is entered either with the built in range finder function or can be entered manually through the scope. Barometer pressure, altitude, and temp are entered automatically by sensors in scope. Hope this helps.
