Answer:	I would say 5.5 yards - xx. Mine is stable at 5.5 with fairly quick response with the distance read. It’s fairly accurate for the price. Used mine to range my targets for both crossbow and rifle. Good unit.

Answer:	No optical zoom. It does not have a seperate focus for distance. It has a diopter focus only which can be tweeked slightly for sharpening up the distance focus (at the expence of loss in reticule focus). It is not the best, but for long distances it appears to be adequate. Nice quality system for the money.

Answer:	It is all and light weight and ranges out to 540 yards, so should be more than adequate. I have had a Tectectec of different model for golf and love it.

Answer:	If your question involves the bluetooth function on this model rangefinder, it only works on the 5700 models equipped with the "bluetooth LiNK" function. On all other models of Kestrel weather meters it won't work unless you have a Kestrel model that can be upgraded...but this will cost you no less that around $190.00 or more than around $300.00. I'm not aware of any upgrades available that would work on the d3 models of Kestrel.

Answer:	Measured my scope and it's exactly 12.5 inches. It's very clear, once zeroed in it's dead on. For the inexpensive price of the scope it's a real bargain. I have mounted on a Beeman QB79 air rifle. Critters don't stand a chance.

Answer:	My best guess is that the scope is made in Russia and imported by a company in Texas (TPO). The markings are in Russian but the scope does have English translations of the on and off switch for the the lit reticle. Since numbers are the same in Russian and English no translation markings were placed on the windage and elevation dials. In my travels, I have come across original Russian SVD scopes and I can comfortably say that the one I bought from TPO is authentic.
Question:	is this made in USSR
Answer:	This scope will fit a side mount svd mount. If you look at the photo of the inside of the mount surface , there is a small pin about 3/16" dia. and 1/8" on the forward end. this is for a svd type side mount. If the pin is in the rear of the mount surface, it's for an Ak side mount. So, yes it will fit an svd type side mount. Just for a little for info. This particular scope is a 1000 meter scope witch is used for a 7.62x54C round with an effective range of 1000 meters + ( I can tell by the picture of the range finder) which is what the mosin magent ' But the sks and AK fires a 7.62x39 round that has an effective range of 400 meters. If your shooting 7.62x39 rounds this scope is Not the scope you want. You want the same scope but in 100 meters. The deference is the range finder and bullet drop chevrons. The 1000m. is calculated in 1000 m, each chevron represents bullet drop per 1000 meters, and the 100m is calculated in 100m the chevron is per 100 meters. You can find this info on line. It helps to decide which scope you want to buy for the size ammo your using. 7.62x54C a 1000m scope, 7.62x39 a 100m scope. Hope this helps

Answer:	The TPO SVD scope is a REAL Dragunov, scope for their military sniper rifle used by their special ops units. It has been retired from front line service for some time, but many have been exported to 3rd world countries that still use the weapon.

Answer:	This function will only work on a 5500 Kestrel that is equipped with "bluetooth LiNK". Don't get confused with what some sellers are claiming as the "Bluetooth LiNK" function but actually mean it's (5500 models) ability to download the latest free software upgrades for the 5500 models. "Bluetooth LiNK" is not the same as the ability to download free upgrades to the 5500 model which some sellers claim in an effort to confuse you into purchasing their unit because it is so less expensive...you get what you pay for and if the price looks that good, it's most likely what I just explained above.

Answer:	Probably, I have it on my AR and it hasn't shifted any, worst case scenario, it can't, and you have a decent scope for a smaller rifle. If it can, please put it in the reviews, as I want to mount it on a 32 Winchester special lever gun I'm building. 😁

Answer:	I can still see mine. I have it on a Hi-Point 9mm carbine that has everything you can buy for it. If you can't on your model rifle you can buy taller scope rings for a few dollars more. I also bought one for my Browning A5. This has a peep site so it works really nice on that. I have a really expensive scope on my .22 and the quality of this scope is just as good.
Question:	How far is it effective and can I put it on a Mosin Nagant
Answer:	It is effective with no parallax within 100 yards. Once it is beyond 100 yards, you might need to estimate the drop distance of the bullet. This scope fits all standard 20mm picatinny rail.
Question:	Can this be used on an air rifle
Answer:	Yes it can, but chances are you will need smaller scope mounts. This scope comes with 20mm scope mount clamps and my Crosman break-barrel uses 11mm dovetail claps. They have 11mm dovetail scope mounts on Amazon for $7.99.
