I have also shot an AR with it mounted and was ok with it, though i do admit to changing it out for Nikon glass (I gained almost an inch of eye relief). The point here is scopes like a lot of things in life are personal choice. Keep in mind the CVLIFE is budget friendly. My advice is buy it and try it. if you don't like it return it. Please note: This unit is a virtual clone of the UTG Bug Buster. Finally, buy what works for you and the best you can afford. You'll be a whole lot happier. Good luck. PS: This scope is really designed for use out to around 150 yards.

Answer:	The scope comes ready to mount to any picatinny rail system. I was able to mount directly to my AR without the riser. Answer:	Ruger LCP chambered for 380ACP cartridge. All kits we sell on amazon come with a 9mm cartridge that will not fit Ruger LCP chamber.

Answer:	Some paper targets come in the kit. You place these on the wall and shoot at them. Set your phone up in front of your paper targets and the software will pick up your hits on the paper.

Answer:	No, it will not. The cartridge designed for 9x19mm firearm. The Makarov designed for 9x18mm cartridge. The laser cartridge will not fit in it.

Answer:	It can handle most any recoil. The person who said it's only for Airsoft doesn't know what they're talking about. I use this sight on all my guns. 762 by 39 is a very light recoiling cartridge, so don't worry about it just install this site and go for it!
