Placement of the holes is key. If you are unsure of your skills, by all means, take it to a reputable smith. Its better to spend a few bucks and get it done right; instead of messing up your weapon. Answer: Yes, this is made to fit on 1911/2011 frames so it will work. You will need a gunsmith to drill/tap six holes (5/40 @ .750 center to center) and mount it to the frame. When they do that, I would also get a slide racker mounted on it to help with the slide since the sight does block a lot of the area that you normally use to rack the slide/charge a round.

Answer: Most probably NO. it has a specific width of frame to fit on and that is for 1911/2011 frames only. I dont know if the frame width of CZ75B is the same or nearly the same as 1911/2011's. Also its height clearance above the slide is another thing. Too high or no clearance at all is no-go.

Answer: I intend to install it on a SR1911 low profile 10 mill mount. I was told this is the one but have not had the time to install it yet. I hope it fits. At worst case it would sit a little high and that would be fine for me.
