Answer:	Not really, that's not their purpose. they are restriction bands, not resistance, or "spot treatment" answers, which means they reduce the blood flow to the area, you use lighter loads, shorter reps. and short restricted time frames It makes it easier to build that muscle. I find it makes the load on the joint easier. you just lost all that weight I suggest you consult with your doctor about what is safe for you to do. and that you watch a video about the use of restriction training.

Question:	Will these work for the SR
Answer:	As far as I know it's not a problem common to the M&P. I actually installed the sights myself and it was relatively easy to do. My .40 is just the standard M&P with the dovetail sights on the rear and front. I was able to just use a small brass punch and hammer to do them. The front sight is a little more difficult than the rear though because the rear has the allen screw in it to hold it in place and the front is just by itself. I had trouble with the front myself at first but after using a regular metal file on the sides of the new sight it went in much easier and hasn't given me any problems. If you do decide to try and put it in yourself be very careful of how much you file down the front sight since it still needs to be tight fitting enough to not fall out.

Answer:	609 is probably better suited for the rear sight. It's not as important to use the right kind of thread locking compound as it is to use it correctly. Blue loctite 242 is one of the easiest to disassemble, the green, red, then the green press fit bearing loctite, then gray. If all I have is blue loctite, the application dictates how I will apply it. When the trigger pin started walking out of the frame on my CZ75 I applied some very basic Japanese threadlocker, equal to the blue loctite, heated it with a soldering hot air rework gun until it dried, drove the pin back in, and the problem NEVER manifested itself again. The screw is so small on the Glock front sight I'd just stick with the blue loctite 242. If the red or green stuff decides to really stick, that tiny bolt could very easily break off, when you go to replace your sights in 10 or 12 years. GREEN 609 loctite would be better suited for a METAL rear dovetail sight that is too loose to stay in place, but not on that little screw. The red stuff, also okay for dovetail sights, but not good for small screws. Loctite 620 is the meaner green loctite for retaining pressfit bearings. I have used that one stripped hydraulic hose fittings in castings like steering boxes, drives, rams, etc. 660 gray is even tougher yet. They can all be broken free, most of the time. Roll pins that are a bit loose benefit from a drop of blue loctite, but let it dry before you drive the pin back in. Tiny screws, work exceptionally well with the blue stuff. Large left handed screws like a fan clutch, and loctite don't mix. You will be hating life if someone installs a self tightening bolt onto anything with any threadlock compound. Keep the 620 and 660 away from guns. Maybe 620 is okay on a machine gun.

Question:	Is the tripod extendable? What the max length/height of the tripod
Answer:	I've used them indoors and out and they have always been appropriately bright (or dim) for every lighting situation. These are excellent sights; you won't regret the purchase. I had these installed on my Shield, which had awful stock sights in my opinion. I chose the yellow/green TFOs to the green/green because of the further contrast. The front sight on the green/greens doesn't pop like the yellow/greens. Lastly, you will likely want to have a gunsmith install the sights. It's not so much the installation of the TFOs that was the problem...it was the removal of the stock sights. We actually had to use a drill-press to mill out a portion of the sights to relieve enough pressure to then remove the remnants of the sights. They simply would not budge after hours of effort. The drill-press handled the job in about 2 mins, but you will want a skilled hand on that press so you don't screw up the slide!Bottom line: Buy these sights; you won't regret it!

Question:	Where battery for red green sight
Answer:	I bought these for both of my XDM .40 caliber and they work great. The two XDMs I have are a compact and a sub-compact so the slide is of different lengths but the sights are the same. I believe the XDE are single stack so I assume the handgun is narrower but I am not sure if they use the same sights as the XDMs. The description does say it's for Springfield XD so I am thinking it will fix all XD models. I did have my local gunsmith install for me for $25 each.

Answer:	I had the TG13XD1A TruGlow sights put on my full size XD45 Tactical by a gunsmith. He had to cut the original front off because Springfield's are pressed on real good. I have an XDS45 originally equipped with the fiber optic front sight. It has both red and green fibers you can switch out. The TruGlow front sight is twice the length of the original XDS sight plus a bit taller. I see no huge advantage to putting these on the XDS other than a bit more visibility in the dark. They should fit just like on the full size XD.
