Answer:	Battery life is relative. It depends on if you run illumination and at what brightness. As the other answer said. Replace the battery on your birthday or some holiday and keep a spare battery in your pistol grip or bag. It has an etched reticle anyway. The illumination is for low light or dark targets so you can see the reticle. Not recommended for night fighting at all.

Answer:	You need to get a scope that is meant for your caliber. The reticle on this scope is scaled for a 55 grain 5.56mm round. The BDC will be off for a 7.62x39. if all you care about is the center dot and you know how to BDC by eye then get a red dot and a magnifier.

Answer:	What's the purpose on the 30-06? Hunting? Then no, get a true hunting scope. Tactical? A tactical 30-06? Really? Also the BDC in this scope is for a 55 grain 5.56mm round so the only accurate dot in the reticle would be the center dot.

Answer:	The reticle is etched so it is always visible in daylight (except against dark targets). Keep in mind that at 1x the reticle is very fine (thin) because it's a FFP scope. I wouldn't really use this as a CQB optic. It's an LPVO. The 1x is more of a 1.25x honestly. It will work in a pinch (illuminated) as a CQB 1x, but If you want this LPVO but want true CQB 1x, then I'd suggest running an additional 45º offset red dot or RMR with this scope set at 3x-6x for distance. This scope is a tank BTW. Adds just over a pound to the rifle so get a sling LOL.

Answer:	No I have one just like it same problem tried contacting Monstrum no answer took it off and replaced it with a new Vortex scope. Monstrum worked pretty good for about a year then the illumination knob started to try and fall off when you used the parallex knob was used. Good luck

Scopes for air rifles are designed for 2 recoil impulses plus additional vibrations. It would work, I'm just not sure it would hold zero very well, but I don't think you would break it. It's just different engineering.

Answer:	The battery is located behind the push button that turns on/off the illumination. To change it, use the provided tool to unscrew the cap holding it in place. To turn off the illuminated reticle, hold the push button down for 5 seconds.

Answer:	Yes. using the 1 X setting. However the field of view is small and there is some distortion as well. Keeping the correct eye relief is difficult when moving. While possible, it is not necessarily desirable. I have three of these and they are great. Hold zero well. One AR-47 (7.62x39), One AR Pistol (5.56mm). One AR .300 Blackout. For straight entry work I personally prefer a Bushnell TRS-25 with a .75 or .83 riser so that it co witness with the iron sights.

Answer:	Derek, great question. MOA stands for "Minute of Angle". If your scope laser, red dot, iron sight etc. is calibrated at "MOA = 1 inch at 100 yards" this just means one click of the adjustment knob(s) will move the bullet impact point up/down or left/right 1 inch at 100 yards. If your gun shoots 3 inches high simply turn the vertical adjusting knob screw down three clicks to correct the aim point. At 50 yards three clicks will lower the aimpoint 1 and 1/2 inches. There are many different types of MOA's depending on the scope type and use. Look up minute of arc on Wikipedia. Look up 'scope zeroing' on YouTube. Try the PyramidAir blogs and other airgun sites for great information on MOA. You will find MOA is a great place to learn the pratical use of: math, geometry, physics, optics and self discipline how to do it right and how to do it the same way over and over.
