I weigh 165lbs, medium frame, bout 5' 11..., and it's tight between the belt loop and shoulder...the spandex strap will be ok, but the belt loop stabilizer will be tugging on your neck and shoulder...that's if you can even open up the adjustments enough to even wear it...it's a good holster for the money...but at 3x, I would consider buying a better quality, which you should always do when it comes down to guns and gun accessories. never skimp....I learned that myself....
