Answer:	It could....but. The way the holster is designed it’s essentially a couple Velcro flaps that you can mold around the firearm. It makes it capable of fitting many larger frames. I just don’t know if a bulky light would fit and if it did it may be hard to draw or holster when in use. I think a laser would work but not sure on a flashlight or any electronic optics
