Answer:	I am an 18/20 and a 2XL fit me perfectly. I have larger arms. A 3 XL wouldn't definitely be too large.

Answer:	I am 5'4" 115 and bought a size small. I would say it fits true to size, but if you wash it and put it into the dryer, it might shrink a little.
