| Answer: | It just means that it will accommodate larger handguns. I would imagine that it will do just fine with a pocket pistol as long as it hasn't been stretched out by constant use of the larger guns. It holds my guns nice and tight. I use single stack s well as double stack guns in mine. |

| Answer: | It is a compression fit so it fits very snug but to size. I wear an XL and I bought an XL but I can wear it all day. You can get a size bigger for less of a snug fit. Hope this helps |
