You can get a lot of it for cheap, and it is not too harsh on your skin if you plan on using it often, but of course since it removes oil it may make your hands feel dry after constant exposure. But remember, citrus cleaner does not dry as fast as other more harsher solvents. Just ensure you let the bearings dry COMPLETELY after cleaning before inserting them back into your wheels. Hand dry them with some paper towels, then let them air dry for a while if you have the time, but if you have one, use a can of compressed air to spin any left-over liquid out of the bearings.
