Will it work with fly rods and reels

Answer:

Don’t waste your money. It comes with hardware - you need a long shank screwdriver or bit To install. But like I said don’t bother - cheap pressboard that ended up cracking on me when installing my rod. Kinda my fault, I went to press it in with my thumb and the entire holder literally bent sideways and cracked up. Honestly I did not put that much pressure on it because I wasn’t going to risk damaging my rod - it was just a tighter fit than I expected and thought I could just pop it in.

Answer:	Yes kids rods or super long ones will fit, you can put the ends close or far apart. If you have rods 3 feel long, then out the ends 2 feet apart or less. I put mine 48" apart and can hang all my longer salmon rods and halibut rods on them

Answer:	It depends on size of reels and placement on rods. I have 11 on mine, could easily add two more and I have three larger rods with 5000, 6000 reels on them. The rack is a great value.

Answer:	No, It’s better to get a horizontal rac for fly rods.
Question:	What is the diameter of soft rod clips
Answer:	Easy to assemble but I don’t think it will hold anything bigger than a bass rod. It’s bad enough that you can only put half the amount of rods that it says it can hold if you have reels on them. Not enough space in between.
Question:	What are the measurements of the circular base
Answer:	I only get 8 in the one I have. The product is great and I’d highly recommend it!

Answer:	I don't believe the command strips would hold up to the weight long term. I do believe Locktite power grip adhesive would definately hold up.
