Answer:	When folded down and in carrying bag which has slings to wear like a back pack, it measures fro just below too of my head to halfway between my knees and waist

Answer:	I bought it as a gift for someone. I believe the top is totally sealed. My friend used it to smoke outside in the fall/winter so it was out in all the elements ie snow, wind, rain.

Answer:	Unsure exactly but I'm 6'2" and can stand comfortably in it.

Answer:	Not sure it does have stakes and ties so it could be tied down. Its pretty strudy so it might take a couple of people to lift it up and over without knocking the telescope over also it a one piece structure think like a tent. It closes up on itself when you take it down.
