Answer:	When I purchased these for our son, he was almost 10- but he is a tall kiddo wearing 12/14 pants and size 6 sneaker at the time, so I ordered a 12T (that's what is on my invoice). They were, at the time, a little big. This year he will be fitting into them perfectly. If your kids are average to slightly small size, the 10/11 should be good. I did go to the company's website to double check the sizing and that's what I recommend you doing as well. There is always far more information at the company's sites than whats on Amazon (you should do this on everything just to double check).

The waders are so long that if I tighten the suspenders as far as rhe will go, the top of the waders is right under my arm pits and still baggy around the knees. I am trying to find out if there is a shorter version available. Otherwise I like them. I wear size 10.5 shoe and bought size 11. The boots fit fine.

Answer:	I shared your same concern because they are cheap. However I've worn mine out this season a few times with no issues. The boots don't have much padding, but it wasn't noticeable. The only thing I noticed is that the boots will "suction" to your feet a little more under water. All in all, I'd buy them again. Don't forget a wading belt though!

Answer:	Small would likely NOT leave room for layers of socks. It is best to error on the large size to make room for socks, pants, rain jacket, etc. I wear shoe size 10.5 and I ordered the Large. You could TRY medium. I can re-post after I get mine. Order boots one size larger than your normal shoe size. If the shoes squeeze your feet, your toes will freeze in cold streams.
Question:	I am 5'9", 36-37 waist, 30" inseam. Size available doesn't include standard medium, would medium stout be to big
Answer:	The stout should be fine. I'm 5'8" with a 34 inch waist and have the regular mediums, but if I had to buy these again I think I would get the medium stout size. The standard mediums fit me well, but are a little tight in my calf area and can be a little snug around the chest if you wear a lot of layers underneath.

Answer:	I can't speak to checking the bag, but I used as a carry on and have flown domestically and all the way to Chile with no issues. Mesh is coated and rather durable.

Question:	Noob question but, why the felt soles? Will they get damaged walking across a gravel parking lot? Do they pad your feet well
Answer:	I switched from lug soles to felt soles because they have a much better grip on on slippery rocks. The felt is very rigid and durable and should hold up fine on the gravel parking lot. They also pad the feet well. Worn for many hours with no discomfort.
