Answer:	I have no idea, maybe an ounce or less. It did add a little speed. Just make sure the rollers are spinning free. Simple no tool installation. I don't think it weighs much more than the plastic one it replaced.

Answer:	Don't bother to spend money to fix it up. I spent $200 to get it set up and fixed but the cello still never stay in tune. Ship it back ASAP while you can.

Answer:	They are basswood as the description mentioned.
Question:	What is size difference when ordering
Answer:	Mine came with just the bridge and strings out, so you need to do the initial stringing of the cello and setting up the bridge but other than that just tuning.

Answer:	I do not know where the cello was made I do know that it is being played every day at a school called Stivers in Dayton
