| Answer: | my scale doesn't measure in grains but in grams and it varies 6.1-6.3 grams (94.13764-97.22412 grains).(i bought 4 doz arrows). the arrows are fishtailing on my 40lb recurve but not too bad on my 70lb compound. I purchased some 125g bullet points and i'm hoping that it'll fix the fishtailing. otherwise i'll be retuning my bows (the arrows are very rigid so it's meant for heavier bows). but you can't beat the price and the durability of these arrows. the glue on them isn't so great but as soon as they come apart use fletch-tite and you'll be set. i ended up redoing the fletching to 2" raptor vanes with right helical. my newbie friends abuse them and they hold up very well. i'll prob keep buying more. seems everytime i need some more the price goes up a bit so buy more than you need. btw.. make sure you buy from huntingdoor. seems like there are a lot of other sellers that're using the same pic but quality isn't the same. |
