Answer:	It builds all of the above! My 3 year old grandson- a budding engineer- loves inventing all sorts of structures to climb on and make believe with. We’ve done “school bus” and “store counter” - slide, fort, and more. When he gets bored we take it apart and then make something new.

Answer:	Just depends on what part of your body you are working on legs,arms, butt. I would buy a package of 3 bands if you can afford them so you can do different exercise for all parts of your body. For example I weigh 176 #, I use mine to do pull ups with I wrap it around my bar, put my knee in and do pull ups so I have the big thick one. If you are a beginner start out with a light one. If you are a experience lifter or do a lot of working out go medium but keep in mind what part of your body you will use it the most for and go with that strength.
