Answer:	Yes, the handle height is easily adjustable. I adjust it as I walk. The cart is very easy to push. I find pushing is easier than pulling.
Question:	How do you unfold. Didn’t come with instructions
Answer:	Lift the two handgrips along the spine on the right side outward, lift the handle spreading the two main, wheels and allowing the front wheel to swing forward. Then, lock the handgrips by pushing them towards the spine. Reverse to fold back up.
Question:	Is this hard wheels or ones that can get flats
Answer:	This has Solid Tires and wheels.. And it rolls easier than the old inflatables did.
