There is no Kevlar lining in this model and the dexterity is excellent. You may have meant to discuss our 12-3365-60 which is the same item as this but with the Kevlar lining. For this it is a little difficult to answer your question. You certainly feel the lining but it is not at all like a thick winter glove. There is a noticeable increased overall thickness and it would be challenging to pick up really small items. The level of protection is excellent. So, it certainly depends on the type of work you are doing and the level of protection you desire. I would say this is somewhere between a thick winter glove and an unlined glove.
