The drill bit has only the front part that is hollow, and the hollow part has a depth of about 20 mm.Our customers usually use it to drill glass with a thickness of no more than 2.5 mm. Because the drill has an outer diameter of 3-3.3 mm and an inner diameter of only 1.5 mm. As the inner diameter of the drill bit is small, if it is be used to drill glass with a thickness of more than 3 mm, the drill bit is easily blocked. Please using water as a lubricant, enough water to cool down. When you drill thick glass, we suggest you use the bench drill to drilling hole, just like the chicken peck rice, drilling hole after a few seconds, lift up once, let the cooled water enter the drilling position , and then press the continue to drill hole. On the other way, please drill through the glass in 2 steps: Step 1: Drill the glass to more than 1/2 depth; Step 2: Flip to the other side and drill through the glass; We sincerely hope that we'll have more chances to serve you.
