The frame is very sturdy, though it's hard to get enough clearance for silks/inversions. Great for the hammock, not as versatile for Silks.

Question:	Can this be hung from only one bolt in the ceiling
Answer:	Probably not. I’d recommend a ceiling bracket appropriate for this and make sure the bracket is screwed into a beam. A bolt would simply just come out of the ceiling. This is designed so you can hook over an open beam though.
Question:	Is there a minimum ceiling height requirement? Will this work with 8ft ceilings
Answer:	I have mine in a spare bedroom, I am assuming 8 (maybe 10) feet tall. I don’t have any issues, you can pull the tails out if you want to be higher up from the ground.

Answer:	The dimensions are 12.5 feet long (3.8 meters) x 9.2 feet width (2.8 meters). The material is a nylon/silk blend which does have elastic qualities. The silk also makes the feel of the Yoga Swing to feel really soft and nice to be wrapped in. You won't be disappointed!

The ideal spot for hanging aerial yoga hammock using extension straps should satisfy next conditions:

- It should support twice your body weight for security reasons.
