Answer:	You can determine where to put them depending on how long your rod is, abs how you want the folds to look. I played with placement a little to get the folds that I wanted. So far they haven’t harmed the curtains and have been durable. I do not open and close these particular curtains a lot. So far so good. I definitely have no complaints.

Answer:	I find this mat a very good compromise between weight, thickness and price. For vinyasa I find it very good. I personally don’t have any problem kneeling on this mat but if it is for a prolonged period, or someone with sensitive knees, it could be a bit uncomfortable.

Answer:	I’m not sure about the one that is $6.99 but this bag is very durable and light weight. I’ve been traveling with it as a carry on.
