Question:	I am 4'9", which size should i get? I have arthritis and a bad back but still good flexibility
Answer:	I found this cushion to be very comfy. Keep in mind, I have a big kaboos! So, I got this one because it stated a larger circumference and higher. I think it's accurate. These are larger than some and they are at least 6" in height (thickness). If you're smaller, you might find 6" a little high for when you want to sit lotus position. I would consider a smaller cushion if you're smaller than the average woman.
Question:	How much weight can this handle
Answer:	Probably a lot, it is filled with very hard shells... but if you are worrying about the weight of a person I would point out that the pillow is SMALL. I am skinny and I cannot sit on this with legs crossed, it just isn't large enough and maybe it is called meditation pillow but it certainly cannot be used to meditate. The best you can do with this pillow is sit to drink a cup of tea/coffee and/or chat with someone for a short amount of time. But then again, if the question is about the weight of a person, I would also have my reserves because the pillow is very low as well and you may have serious difficulties sitting on it without falling or when getting up.

Question:	What size cushion do you recommend? I am 5'11" and weigh about 210. My wife is 5'7". What size do you recommend
Answer:	I'm 5'5" and 125Ibs. The smallest size cushion is perfect for me but if you are looking for total comfort I would order the larger size. I sit cross-legged with my knees hanging off so small works for that.

Answer:	I'm honestly not sure there is a max weight suggested. The mat I own seems pretty durable, and I don't think you should worry about this.

Answer:	The height does not matter. What matters is how big the hips are. I suggest start with the medium size.

Answer:	I honestly don't remember which one I ordered, but I believe it was a 13". I'm about 5' 8", and it works perfectly for me, even for longer periods of sitting.
